Since 2001, Thierry Cuvillier has practiced Vipassana one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. After years of practice and several 10-days Vipassana retreats in India and Taiwan,Thierry has decided to share his experience by teaching Anapana (“respiration awareness”) a more accessible meditation;  ideal for those who practice martial arts but also for those who want to improve their quality of life. The benefits of this ancient practice are many, but for this it is recommended to have a regular daily practice.
